CANCELLATION POLICY
At Studio Rūte, we strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone’s schedule, we ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice Required: To avoid any cancellation fees, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, or fail to show up for your appointment, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged to your account.
How to Cancel or Reschedule: Cancellations and rescheduling must be made by calling or texting us directly at 732-714-1705 at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please note, cancellations by voicemail or text without direct confirmation are not considered valid until acknowledged by our team.
